Each property is given a product rating, after our rigorous and comprehensive selection process has been applied to our property investment stock. Not all property is worth investing in, and you may want to think twice about investing if you don’t see a rating on a particular investment property. Remember, we have already done the research and analysis for you, so you don’t have to.

A good property investment should have at least an ‘A’ rating from us, and preferably a ‘AA’ or even a ‘AAA’ rating, which assures you that the property is solid and worth your time. There are many good quality and highly recommended properties with an ‘A’ rating or better, meaning that you should not have to focus on those properties with a ‘B’ or lower rating.
