Having had 12 years experience as a private investor in the residential, commercial and industrial local property market as well as 20 years owning small businesses also in Orange I feel I have an excellent insight into the factors determining the buying and selling of property in this area.
After attaining my Certificate IV in Property Services enabling a Real Estate Agents Licence, I recently added to my property knowledge with an Advanced Diploma in Property Services (Valuation) and hope to include a Stock and Station Agents and Business Agents Licence to my qualifications very soon.
